Can I pay by check?

How do I know if my online order went through?
You will receive a confirmation message and email for each order placed. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see an order email confirmation in your inbox.

How do I check the status of my order?
Online: Login to your account, and select "Order History" from the left-hand column. The status is located at the top right of each order.

When will my subscription end?
Above your name on the mailing label, you can find the number of issues remaining for your subscription. When the label reads "1 ISSUE(S) LEFT," the next issue will be your last, and it is time to renew.

Returns & Items Lost in the Mail
What is your return policy?
All sales are final on magazines, digital downloads, discontinued items, and sale-priced merchandise.

All regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund, or exchanged for available merchandise, within 60 days of purchase if it is in new and unused condition. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returned merchandise.

Returned items must be shipped via traceable means, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Stampington & Company is not responsible for any lost items returned without a tracking number.

When making returns, the customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges that apply, unless there has been a mistake made on the part of Stampington & Company, the retailer. A credit will be issued back to the customer's Stampington & Company account unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Methods  
All items are shipped using the United States Poastal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS).

When can I expect my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days after checkout. Please keep in mind that orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. After your order has been processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

*Order processing time is subject to availability. If any of the items you order are unavailable or out of stock, the expected time of delivery may be longer, and you will be notified via telephone or email. To find out when your subscription will begin, please click here.

What if I never receive my package?
If an order does not reach you, it may have been lost in the mail, or delivered to an incorrect address. In either of these cases, you may be eligible to have a replacement shipped to you. Please contact customer service to make a claim at with the following details:

1) Customer's Full Name
2) Order #
3) Date of Purchase
4) Shipping Address

To be eligible for a replacement shipment, you must make a claim — by notifying our customer service team — within 60 days of the date of purchase.

What are my shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated by weight, shipping destination, and speed. You will be able to select the best delivery method suitable to your needs at checkout. If your order requires overnight delivery, please contact customer service at: (877) 782 - 6737.

Over-sized Products
All items over 19 lbs are considered over-sized items for which the shipping rate must be re-calculated offline. Although your shipping costs may show up as $0.00 or another amount on your order receipt, a shipping charge that is based on the product's weight, will apply.

Customs Information for International Orders
All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your postal carrier if you have any questions regarding customs fees.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! If you have special handling instructions or would prefer to use one of the expedited shipping methods listed below, please indicate your choice in the comment box during checkout or call us, toll-free at (877) 782 – 6737. In addition to UPS rush charges, a $5 service fee will apply.

Change of Address
How do I change my address with Stampington & Company?
If you are moving, and need to change the shipping address for your subscription, please contact us, so we can update your new address in our system. You may also inform us of your new address over the phone: (877) 782 – 6737.
Please keep in mind that because our subscriptions ship directly from our printer, address changes do not immediately go into effect. For this reason, we require advanced notice to process these requests. Stampington & Company is not responsible for replacing "lost" issues from your subscription, if we did not receive your change of address by the following Subscription Deadlines.

If you have pending artwork submitted to one of our magazines, please contact art management, or notify the appropriate editor of your address change.

Stampington & Company cannot change your shipping address after an order has already been placed, unless it hasn't yet been processed. For future orders, you can change the shipping address(es) associated with your account by logging in and clicking on the Modify your address book entries link. Please keep in mind that modifying your cart's address book will not update the shipping address for your subscription, and you are still required to notify us, if you move, to make sure you don't miss any issues in your subscription.

My Mac Offline version doesn't open. Instead I get an error message saying the file is "damaged and cannot be opened." What's wrong?

That error is usually caused by strict download preferences on the client machine. Please navigate to your Security & Privacy settings by clicking the Apple menu and then Preferences. In the general tab of Security & Privacy you can avoid this warning by setting your downloaded apps setting to the "Anywhere" option.

How do I download my magazine to my phone/tablet?

Simple! For Android devices, go to the Play Store - For Apple devices go to the App Store -

1) Search for "Flipbook Viewer" by 3D Issue.

2) Install Flipook Viewer by 3D Issue.

3) Visit and log in to your account.

4) Under the "My Digital Library" section, select an issue to view by clicking on it.

5) As this loads, you will be prompted to view the magazine in the viewer. Please click on this button.

Follow steps 4-5 for each issue, and they will be downloaded to your phone/tablet to view anywhere - even without a connection!
