Take heart! Beryl Taylor certainly has. Her signature motif, showing up in almost every piece she creates, is the heart. What is so alluring about this shape, we asked her recently? She replied, "The heart reflects my love for my art and what it has added to my life."
So artistic is this game board, that you might not recognize it upon first gaze. It’s a Tic Tac Toe board. Each tile, or game piece, is artfully disguised in decoupaged images. But look closely and you’ll see the X’s and O’s artist, Dana Johnson of Woodinville, WA has added. A bird and nesting motif is her theme for this child’s game, but Dana’s version is far more sophisticated than that of children’s play.
