Button Hole and Ribbon Slots Punches

Button Hole Punch: This punch will help you set buttonholes and embellishments, create holes for stitching, punch eyes in shapes, and create decorative borders. The Button Hole Punch makes two small and round holes, side by side – the perfect places to run your thread through when stitching on a button. Patchwork Card

White-emboss heart panel (Paper Parachute) once, and patchwork panel (Paper Parachute) five times on navy card stock. Cut out each image. Paint portions of the images with bleach. Let dry. Paint some of the bleached portions of the images with pink Radiant Pearls as shown. Using Button Hole Punch (5MGBUTTON), punch holes in the heart panel. Attach the heart panel to a pink panel. Mount the pink panel diagonally to one of the patchwork panels with foam tape. Using the Button Hole Punch, punch holes along the edges of four of the patchwork panels. Attach the four panels to pink card stock. Using a scallop edge template, trace the design around three sides of the panel. Cut along the traced edges and cut above the panel on the fourth side. Using the Button Hole Punch, punch along the scalloped edges and on each corner of the panel. Attach a pink button to each corner of the panel with ribbon from Tea Rose Fibers & Ribbon (5FLTRFIB). Attach the pink panel to a blue panel. Using Ribbon Slots Punch (5MGRIBBON), repeatedly punch along the straight edge. Lace a length of ribbon from Tea Rose Fibers & Ribbon (5FLTRFIB) in and out of the punched edge, adding beads from Springtime in Paris bead pack (5DBPARIS) as shown. Tie the ribbon into a bow in the center of the card. White-emboss sentiment (source not given) on a navy panel. Attach the panel to a pink panel. Mount the pink panel to the top of the card with foam tape.
 
Garden In Her Face

Stamp large face (Stamp Francisco) on a white panel. Attach a sentiment sticker from In the Garden Adhesive Quotations (5CLGARDEN - Discontinued) to the panel. Trim the edges of the panel with decorative scissors. Attach the panel to a torn-edge black panel. White emboss stripes from Collage Cube (C8418) on black card stock. Tear the edges around the image. Remove yellow gingham ribbons and yellow roses from Paper Bliss Mixed Accent Kit-Autumn (5PB-AKAUTM - Discontinued). Tie the ribbon around the yellow roses and trim the ends. Glue the roses to the left side of the striped panel. Attach a text panel from European Country Collage Pack (5DMCOUNTRY - Discontinued) to a topfolded yellow card. Tear black paper into narrow strips and repeatedly punch holes in the strips with Button Hole Punch (5MGBUTTON). Attach the strips to the edges of the text panel. Punch two holes in each corner. Attach coordinating beads from the Yellow Bliss Pack to the corners with black wire. Coil the ends of the wires. Attach the striped panel to the left side of the card. Mount the sentiment panel to the right side of the card with foam tape. Finished sample measures 5" x 7 1/2".
