Mona Gettmann created the wonderful sample below.
Wedding Memories Box
Stamp Tiny Bridesmaid (S7110) with black pigment ink on cream patterned vellum from Heritage Vellum Papers (5HT-3084 - Discontinued) and emboss with antique lead powder. Tear the edges around the image. Using an X-Acto knife cut out the center of the image. Sponge bronze Lumiere along the edges of the image. Cut out children's wedding picture from Old Photos on Handmade Paper (5FL-PHOTOSNP). Attach the torn-edge image to the picture cutout. Paint a recycled stationary box with, ivory, gold and bronze acrylics. Stamp lace from Notions 4X (S7114) with white pigment ink along the edges of the lid and emboss with pearl powder. Line the bottom of a heart mold with Cream Bitsy Buttons (5SM-CREAM - Discontinued). Fill the prepared mold with low temp hot-glue. Remove heart from mold. Paint the heart with bronze Lumiere. Highlight the image with pewter Rub'n Buff. Place several buttons on a piece of double stick tape. Paint the buttons with bronze Lumiere. Stamp script (source not given) with brown ink on a cream heart punch-out. Attach dried leaves and a text strip to the heart. Glue the heart and the molded heart to the lower corner of the prepared image. Tie silver thread through the holes in the buttons and glue to the image as shown. Attach image to a torn-edge blue panel. Glue the panel to the lid. Paint a variety of letters from the following products with black, silver and bronze Lumiere to give an aged effect: Gold Alphabet Page Pebbles (5MA-22085), Eyelet Alphabet (5MA-22053 - Discontinued), Making Memories Script Eyelet Letters (5MA-20932 - Discontinued), and Gold Alphabet Tiles (5ST-AC917G). Punch out two circles from blue scrap. Attach page pebbles to the circles. Hot-glue the prepared letters to the lid.
