How can I
tell when my subscription will end?
Above your name on the mailing label you will see a code. This indicates
when your last issue will be. For example: If you subscribe to Belle
Armoire and it says AUT04 above your name, the Autumn 2004 issue will
be your last.
Additionally,
your last issue will have a "Last Issue" notice when we
mail it to you.
When
can I expect my order?
Based on availability, you can expect your merchandise to be shipped
within five business days of ordering, and you should allow two weeks
for delivery. Most of the time, you'll get it much sooner! Please
remember, orders placed on the weekend won't be processed until the
next business day.
How
do I know if my online order was processed?
You will receive a confirmation number if ordering products from the
Shoppe. If you do not receive one, then the order did not go through.
You will not
receive a confirmation for subscription orders but a page will appear
that says "Thank you for your order."

is your return policy?
All items must be returned within 30 days in its original condition.
S&H will not be refunded. If items are sent to you damaged, you
must send
them back within 30 days and Stampington & Company will reimburse
for S&H.

person I purchased it for?
We send the card to the person who purchased the subscription so that
they can personalize it the way they want.

do I send in a submission to one of your publications?
Please send your submissions to the Editor (name of publication),

within the first couple of pages of the publication.
