The Year of the Dog Treasure Box

Sand the surface of the tin from the ATC Collection Collector's Tin - First Edition (5LA-6523) with fine grade sandpaper to remove the slick surface. Paint it with Lumiere Light-Body Acrylic - Metallic Bronze (5JQ-565) and allow to dry. Select desired images from ATC Paper Pad - Oriental (5LA-6519) and cut out. Tear pieces of Joss Paper (5JOSSPAPERS - Discontinued) and glue to tin using Golden Regular Gel (Matte) (5GO-3030). Stamp Oriental Horoscope - Dog image (OnyxXpressions) on a scrap of paper using Nick Bantock Ink Pad - Vermillion Lacquer (5RRLACQUER) and tear close to edge of image.  Glue all selected images to tin as desired.  Thread a gold & red bookmark tassel through a coin from Antique Chinese Coin Reproductions- Small (5ASCOINSM) and glue to the top of the tin with Golden Heavy Gel (Matte) (5GO-3060).  Add more coins to the surface of the tin as desired.

Dry brush a Pocket Page Refill (5LA-6524) with Red - MicaMagic Re-inker (5CS-70205 - Discontinued) and Bronze - MicaMagic Re-inker (5CS-70204 - Discontinued), alternating the colors as shown. Using Romance Trim (C8463) and Jet Black StazOn Ink Pad (5TS-BLACK) stamp XOXO border, Romance and stitched border on the page. Stamp Love (C8462) using the same ink on the page. Computer-generate text on cream paper and sponge with the bronze ink. Cut the text into strips and place into Metal Index Tabs - Rectangle Red (5SG-12135). Tuck ATC’s into the pockets on the page. Attach the index tabs to the pockets. Attach a text sticker from Heidi Swapp Decorative Tape – Traveler (5HS-HS63475) along the edge of the pockets on the left side of the page. Tie Red (5KF-00255) and Black (5KF-0035) Scrapper's Floss around the page. Tie short lengths into knots and trim the ends. Attach three Festive Nickel - Loopy Brads (5KF-00153) to the page, as shown. Tie lengths of red and black floss to the brads. Cover a heart shape with 7gypsies™ Fabric Label Stickers - Noir (5SG-15024) and trim the edges. Sponge the bronze and red inks onto the heart. Attach a face cutout from Lil' Pix Collage Sheet (5ARPIX) to the back of a Clear Glass Jewel (5SDG-JCLEAR - Discontinued) with Diamond Glaze  (5JK-DIAMOND2) and let dry. Attach the jewel to the heart. Tie lengths of red and black floss around the heart. Dot and strip the heart with Designer Dries Clear Glue by Art Glitter (5AG-DDC02) and sprinkle withVintage Onyx Fine Glass Glitter - (5AG-610). Tie the heart to the remaining loopy brad.
