Alice Mini Books

Begin by cutting four pieces of corrugated cardboard (5ZU-7611KIT) down to 6" x 4 ½" and then distress the edges using the Distrezz-it-All (5ZU-7608). Cut out white cardstock inner pages, its best to make them just slightly smaller than the covers so approximately 5 ¾" x 4 ½" works well. Punch all the bind holes in the covers and the inner pages using the Bind-it-All (5ZU-2811). Paint the covers of each book, for the Mad Hatter Book I used yellow paint (5HSP24880) and for the Alice book I used blue (5HSP24866). Cut out the Alice clip art images from the Everything Alice Collage Pack (5TJ-0313) and glue to the covers. Paint the edges of the images lightly with crackle paint. I used green crackle paint (5RR-TDC23807) on the Mad Hatter book and yellow (5RR-TDC23753) on the Alice book. Attach a piece of orange seam binding ribbon (5SG-15150) to each cover. Stamp the Alice quotes from the Famous Quotes Stamp Set (5TJ-0019) onto a journaling ticket (5BO-TK197) and insert the ticket into a memo pin (5TH92833). Insert the memo pin through the ribbon and into the cardboard cover. Add the Antique Brass o-wires (5ZU-2776) to the bind and bind the book together using the Bind-it-All (5ZU-2811). Use the books to journal in, as mini scrapbooks or as gifts!
